in the summer of 2007 and I've worked for SoftHost between 2004 and 2008.
In early 2009 I founded TasteKid, a community-based recommendation engine.
In Februray 2011, I started a master program
in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam.

TasteKid is a discovery community and recommendation engine for music, movies, TV shows, books and authors. Started as a personal project, TasteKid successfully raised seed funding and is was incorporated as TasteKid, Inc. This allowed me to continue my sustained work on improving this service.

This is the front-end of my university graduation project, entitled "Classification of news by importance". This project involved the implementation of an artificial news editor, which was selecting the most relevant news items by analyzing their content and taking into account user feedback.

An essay (Romanian only) that performs an in-depth critical analysis of the Romanian Educational System in a structural manner, trying to highlight the depth of the problems that concern this domain and providing some insight, explanations and possible solutions.
